SimBuild™ Carpentry is the first interactive simulation that teaches fundamental skills used in residential construction. SimBuild Carpentry provides a hands-on training experience that allows users to interact in a dynamic learning environment.
Using a PC, keyboard, and mouse, the student navigates through SimBuild’s worksites to fill increasingly complex work orders such as reading a measuring tape, to laying out a gable roof, to proper calculation of rise and run on a staircase. Each activity is designed to educate the user in process, terminology, and skills needed to plan and complete tasks.

All around the world, the very same kinds of heavy equipment are hard at work but the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) provide little, if any, training guidance, especially for entry level operators. That’s why Simlog’s Personal Simulators have become a global standard when it comes to cost-effective simulator-based training help, with customers all around the world.
Simulators for the following heavy equipment:
At Simlog, each Personal Simulator is carefully developed in collaboration with training professionals, leading OEMs, their dealers, and owner/operators to ensure that the right tasks are simulated and that for each one, the simulated work is measured in the right way.
At the heart of Simlog’s instructional design is the decomposition of the operator’s real work into Simulation Modules which introduce the key elements one at a time, from controls familiarization to the complete control of the simulated equipment at work.
For each module, there are hundreds of pre-defined simulation exercises called “trials” that present slightly different situations. In this way, Simlog provides many hours of continuous simulator-based training, right “out of the box”!
Each module presents a new goal that is challenging but attainable, thus reducing frustration while maintaining interest. Since each module builds upon what’s learned in the previous modules, people come up to speed more quickly.
